Sizzler Deluxe High Lid BBQ + Rack is a very versatile and compact portable gas BBQ but with a supprisingly large cooking area for its size. It takes up less than half the area of most of its competitors and it may be used as a grill, cooktop, or oven. The Sizzler Deluxe High Lid BBQ comes with a strong stainless steel hot plate, AGA approved safety flame failure device on each burner, and enough space to cook for 4-6 people.
The Cooking Rack is designed to fit directly on top of the burners, allowing for direct heat cooking. This turns the barbecue into a stovetop or an oven when the hotplate is removed and the Cooking Rack is installed. When you install the cooking rack you can then use a regular frying pan and a small pot or saucepan comfortably.
The Sizzler Deluxe High Lid comes with flame failure mechanism (gas cut-off protection). The thermocouplers are included with Sizzler BBQs. If the flame goes out, a thermo coupler mechanism is meant to turn off the gas supply. As a result, the Sizzler is able to be attached to your caravan or RV’s bayonet fitting legally in Australia and is AGA certified.
