The Ultimate Guide to Aussie-Style BBQ Burgers

The Aussie-style BBQ burger – the perfect combination of spicy and savoury flavours that will please any backyard grill master! No Aussie BBQ is complete without flipping a few The Aussie-style BBQ burger – the perfect combination of spicy and savoury flavours that will please any backyard grill master! Rather than buying pre-made burgers, today, we’re going to make our own super simple burgers using regular mince, some Flaming Coals classic BBQ sauce and some Burger Magic rub by Big Boy BBQ. Just get the mince, sprinkle in the rub and then add in the sauce bit by bit until it all binds together in the texture you want. Mould them into shape and put them onto either a grill or a hotplate for 10 or so minutes.

I’m sure we’ve all burned a burger or two, so don’t leave your burgers alone. Keep the tongs in your hand and flip them every few minutes for about 10 minutes, or until done.
