Today we will teach you how to cook Salt and Vinegar Wings using the Auspit Spitmate and Kosmos Q salt and Vinegar Wing dust. Next time you cook, try these amazing wings, you won’t be disappointed. It is a quick, easy and delicious dish to prepare.
Salt & Vinegar Chicken Wings
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 45 to 60 minutes
Start with one or two kilos of wings, wash then pat dry with a paper towel. The Spitmate junior roasting basket used in this blog could easily handle up to 3kg of wings.

Lightly coat with oil and mix through. Any oil will do, but we prefer the taste of Olive Oil.

Place the wings inside the Auspit Spitmate and secure them on the skewer by tightening the wing nut.

Roast over hot coals for 45 minutes to an hour, and let the Spitmate and hot coals do their magic.
