This custom-made basket is meant to hold your Charcoal or Briquettes directly beneath your cooking surface, allowing you to cook with more heat while using less fuel. On days when there are no fires, this is ideal in some locations (check local regulations). The unique design allows you to use it as a regular heat source for your BBQ plates, frying pan, and a camp oven, as well as incorporating it into your chargrill and drip tray. It’s also ideal for Rotisserie cooking where even heat is required over a lengthy period of time.
